I was born on February 17,1972.I grew up in Rodeo California .I started singing when I was 5 years old.My father died when I was 10 because of cancer to the esophagus. I got my first electric guitar when i was 11. I named it "Blue." I formed a punk band with Mike Dirnt and a drummer named John. We were called “Sweet Children.” I met mike when I was 10. I met him in the school cafeteria. We played music during our sleepovers. In 1990 I dropped out of high school to spend more time in “Sweet Children,” at the same time John left the band to attend college. Tre Cool was the replacement for John. We formed a punk/rock band named “Greenday.” We traveled all over the country in an old bookmobile. Tre Cool’s dad drove the bookmobile. We even stayed at our fan’s houses. I was in “Good Bye Harry,” “The Lookouts,” “Rancid,” “Corrupted Mortals,” “The Influents” and also “Blatz.” I am still in “Pin Head Gunpowder.” I am partly known because of my amazing tattoos and I am also partly known because of my talents. I have reddish-brown hair and green eyes. Today I am 5 feet and 7 inches tall. I married a woman named Adrienne Nesser. We had a 5 minute ceremony. Adrienne found out that she was pregnant. We had a son named Joseph Marcicano Armstrong. 3 years later we had another son named Jacob Danger. Today I live in Oakland California. I have won 20 awards in my career so far. My favorite non-word is “Hey-Oh.” Today I am still in “Greenday” and touring the world. I am still in “Greenday” with Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool. I am Billy Joe Armstrong
